Pros
- High pay if outside central america
- If you get a direct contract you get bonusses (most people sadly don't)
Cons
- The payment discrepancies are far too large (some people doing the same job get paid three times as much).
- Current tech management is quite poor; the people in charge don’t really know how to handle a tech team, and the only person who does has very poor anger management.
- There is no real chance to grow within the company. What you are told in the initial interview is what you are stuck with, both in terms of payment and position.
