Pros
There are good people working here and plenty of social opportunities. The healthcare benefits are quite nice and the company provides sponsorship for the ICSA qualification (provided you have worked for the company at least 1 year). The Company pays overtime at a 1:1 rate, regardless of when the overtime occurs.
Cons
Salary and bonuses are well below market rate, salary increases are minimal to unnoticeable. Having too few staff per team is common and the Company pushes back on all attempts to rectify this causing plenty of overtime. Poor communication from higher up the chain, things just happen and staff are informed afterwards. Disparity of salary between staff is very common, to the point where more experienced staff in a higher position may be getting paid less than those they are training. Any discussions in this regard are pushed down the road and not answered for as long as possible.
