      Boss threatens job regularly, no benefits, low wage, terrible hours, having to come to employee meetings when not scheduled to work,

      Amazing clinicians and support staff!

      Cons

      Management treats employees terribly. The amount of turnover in 1 year from clinicians quitting was astounding. No supervision for licensure is offered which is not standard in this field! If you value your staff you invest in their professional development.
