Working 0845am to 1730pm; lower pay than similar firms nearby, no real company benefits.

good set of guys in the warehouse who try hard. Its a full time job.

The culture in the company needs a drastic change. The company has gotten rid of the radio which has effected team morale, Senior Staff Walking around the warehouse with no hi-vis or safety boots walking where the MHE are in operation, A Senior staff member shouting at staff calling them lazy shouting and swearing at staff which is not the right way. High turnover of staff Long hours and small pay no chance of progression. The warehouse Managers are not allowed to run there team as Senior People keep interfering. Long hours no respect for the staff not allowed to talk no control needs better organising. No training. Only train the staff NVQ level 2 staff are not appreciated. Poor health and safety. A Staff member is constantly complaing to the Senior management over 100 times a day. Hates staff progressing themselves. health and safety people driving the MHE too fast with folks in the air. Pallets all over the floor can not get down some aisles. Forklifts have no log book or checks. Staff not using horns of forklifts lifting 2 pallets at a time on folklifts. Staff climbing the racking.
