Pros
None. Money very poor for workload you are expected to plough through. Expected to work over your time with any prospect of being paid. Truly backward thinking, regressive company.
Cons
Management is from the dark ages, especially Line Management. Bullying and Intimidation seems to be the way forward to oppress employees. Akin to victorian values towards employees. Could do worse than completely do away with Line Management completely. Unless you are destitute, stay well clear, if nothing else, you will keep your integrity.
