      Only pro is that you get employed

      Cons

      No work life balance No Saturday off Can terminate at any moment with notice period of 5 days If you came after 10:00 then it will be counted as half day even if you leave daily at 8pm You have to work minimum 11 hours per day Notice period FNF might take 90-100 days
