Pros
Many entry-level positions available (ie: call center jobs, enrollment advisor jobs). Leadership change business strategy all the time, so you never get bored. Many departments encourage professional development.
Cons
There is a lack of communication when informing impacted personnel of business strategy changes. So, you feel like you are never up to date with current processes. If you are stuck in a department that does not encourage or allow taking time for professional development, you are SOL.
