Was great until founder's son ran it into the ground - Senior Enrollment Advisor Apollo Education Group Employee Review

There was inconsistency in the metrics the 6 years I worked there. At first dedicated employees who worked hard and made personal connections with their students and helped them succeed to attain their degrees were awarded with merit raises, leadership summit (performance) trips/conferences, titles and promotions. After the owner's son took the reins... everything fell apart. Now the company wasn't about helping adult students complete educational goals, it was about paying the minimum for inexperienced employees who simply pushed ill prepared students into completing a course and attain a Federal Student loan then offer no ongoing support.
