      Horrible work culture, no sight of future growth for mid levels, too much centralisation, lack of respect within colleagues and management, Late sitting is encouraged and celebrated. Efficient working is punished.

      A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
