Long hours sometimes/fluid work schedule. Most of that is self-inflicted but its definitely a big investment to move quickly or to do well. Not for people looking for something easy/ to coast by whatsoever

Very nice people, good for learning experience or to get your feet in the door with marketing

Pay isn’t great and they use you just to get more money for their company
