Pros
There is a big focus on people in the company, so that the atmosphere is good, productive, and everyone can really be part of the team. People are given opportunities for growth and even expected to grow with the company which is great. Great leadership and values. A lot of challenges to solve constantly which keeps the job interesting. The product we are working on solves a real pain familiar to us from the tech industry, which makes it easier to see the value we provide and feel it ourselves.
Cons
As any young company nothing is perfect, but the company is all about self improvement all the time, so in my opinion there are no real cons for working there.
