People who work for the AFC have always been enamored of the positive work culture existing in the organization. Employees are friendly and collaborative. A family spirit pervades the work environment.

Employee turnover is low so it is hard to get in to the organization. Also as a non-profit, salaries may not be as competitive for similar job functions.
