Pros
- Amazing colleagues. I've made some real friends here, and even the people I don't speak with often are kind and willing to help when I reach out to them. - Leadership actually listens to employee recommendations and implements fixes where possible. We have a regular employee feedback survey and it's taken seriously by our leadership to make this an even better place to work. - Pay is good, it could be a bit higher for the industry, but the amazing team and company culture mostly make up for this. - I know some people have left negative reviews, but I don't entirely agree with them. Take them with a grain of salt. AppTweak did a lot of hiring in the last couple of years and not everyone met expectations, it's just a part of growing a company. - Flexible work. Nobody is breathing down your neck to see what you're doing. If your work gets done and gets done well, you'll be trusted to keep it up. - When AppTweak wins, we all win. Leadership works hard to ensure that employees feel the impact when the company is doing well.
Cons
- Salary could be a bit higher, but it's acceptable for a smaller company such as AppTweak. Positive work environment and good benefits (PTO) make up for this. - There are some busy times and some slower times. Some overtime, but some slow weeks to make up for it. This is normal in companies of this size and with such high growth objectives. It's not really a "con", just a note that the workload fluctuates. - Career paths are outlined but clarity on how to reach them seems a little foggy at times. This should get better as the year goes on, as they were restructured.
