The team barely receives recognition globally. Global teams barely care about feedback from India. Be it HR, Finance, Product, or Leadership, they have all hung their boots on the Indian team and have shut doors to any feedback. Any and every feedback leads to absolute demotivation. I have seen folks in office cry for help from global teams on deals and accounts for data issues. None of it matters as other regions take priority. The leadership visits us once a year, gives a motivation speech, makes promises, renews hope and leaves with no action.
