      Receptive leadership, fun culture, super interesting clients of all sorts of different types of apps.

      Cons

      Small agency means little upward position mobility. This may change as the agency grows and more middle management positions are needed.

      They really want to help you learn here and love answering questions and helping you with various tasks. Great people, super friendly, know how to have fun and create an enjoyable workplace.

      Cons

      Work was sometimes very repetitive and boring. Needed more responsibility than creating pitch lists.
