      1. Best People: People are friendly and they make the best working environment. Everyone would be happy to help you and guide you. 2. Work Satisfaction: Appian works on absolute cutting edge technologies. 3. Unique Problems: If your problem solver it's a goto company, since this is a low code platform, problems are unique & challenging and it will be exciting to work on. 4. Ethical: People will always be clear and straight to point and no politics 5. Experiments: People allow you to do experiments and do love you proposing new ideas.

      My manager ultimately stabbed me in the back. Being a recruiter here is a trap. No one has your back, your are just an order taker and every stakeholder has unrealistic and unfair expectations. The founders have their hand in the entire recruiting process and it makes it so unbelievably hard. They want top talent but have not top talent pay. They are not flexible on RTO so good luck.
