Pros
- Education and self-improvement are strongly encouraged by the company - Team members are helpful and willing to share knowledge - Company does offer progression planning, so you know where you're working towards - There's trust and autonomy to work independently. Once passing probation, you can work off-site while coming in for meetings. - Company places emphasis on innovation and is always trying to improve on its processes. Good especially for an agency dealing with multiple clients. - Management is progressive and embraces transparency. If you've worked for a traditional management before... this will be something refreshing.
Cons
- It's an agency, so there are unreasonable clients every now and then - Digital marketing is not an easy subject to master. Be prepared for a steep learning curve - There's only 1 toilet in the office, so sometimes a queue forms lol
