Pros
The teachers were nice to work with, and coworkers became a great part of working there. If you were liked by the admins, you were golden.
Cons
The administration was not as caring as you would like your managerial staff to be. You never felt like you could do your job properly because of the constant scrutiny. The teacher turn-over rate was horrible. There were new teachers needing to be hired all the time. If you were a closer, you have no time for a life outside of work because never being allowed to leave before 6:30 didn't allow much time left for anything if you had a family at home.
