Pros

The only single pro to working here is that your co-workers will become your friends for life, other than that there is no other pros

Cons

Management are disgusting, they expect 13/14 hour days with no breaks sometimes, no room to move up as when a position arrives they suddenly have a friend to take the job instead of giving someone else a chance, you are treated like you are in prison, no chatting, no eye contact with other staff. Expected to clean the floor on my hands and knees (no exaggeration). After getting 99% on our audit for our department we got no thanks or job well done, instead we got given out to and told we were no good for losing that 1%. They treat their staff like slaves and also take at least four 1 hour breaks a day for themselves (not including ciagrette breaks) whilst there staff are left sometimes without a break or if they do get one, you are not to be even 1 min late or else you'll be called up.

Pros

There are Absolutely no pros to the job

Cons

You will be miss treated by upper management who while is expected to be held by the same standards you are willing never actually uphold those standards for themselves while simultaneously being abused by the employees who are your direct reports because this company gives basic employees several protection against disciplinary actions making it very difficult to correct poor behavior and remove underperforming employees. You will be undercompensated for all of your work and be expected to work yourself to death all to line the pockets of the people above you who have absolutely no idea how to truly run a customer service business where the focus is the customers and the people that brake care of them
