Pros
Great company with a lot of history. Strong focus on their core customer. Skilled and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly work environment. Small company, with daily interaction with upper management and even executives. This being said, you will be recognized for the work that you do. Being a small company, everyone is responsible for more, which is great experience.
Cons
Small company, which means everyone is responsible for more. I feel this is a "con" as much as it can be a "pro" as it takes away from being able to really focus on doing fewer tasks well. Restructuring also puts even more responsibility in people's laps. Limited room for growth within specific departments.
