401 K and health insurance was nice. Former management actually cared about us to put time and energy into employees.
Cons
EVERYTHING. Run the other way. Toxic work environment. Management is horrible. Once the hostile takeover was complete slashed everything down to bare bones. Forced good employees to take over more work with no pay increases. Also, be wary about Human Resources and Management. HR never responds unless she wants to. Also if you want to quit, just stop showing up. Putting your two weeks in they will automatically tell you to just go. Just know no one will reach out to you on the exit interview or anything. They also make up rules as they go and illegally implement rules without a 30-day notice or you may not know anything changed until you go to do something like PTO. Good luck getting info on your last paycheck. No one responds. Please save yourself the hassle and go work for McDonalds. They will treat you better and won't take your hard earned raises away.
