iSolved Talent Acquisition, formerly ApplicantPro, is a solid place to work. The employees are friendly, the executives seem to have a decent idea of what’s going on, and the compensation is solid. Since the acquisition by iSolved, the company has gone through multiple “restructurings” (read as layoffs), so there is some risk that with the further consolidation of systems into the iSolved brand of roles being eliminated or becoming obsolete, however, core roles seem to be safe and they do a decent job of moving employees around wherever possible rather than straight out termination. All in all, I give the employer a 4/5. If you have a good manager that will defend you, that becomes more like a 4.5/5

Lots of restructuring that results in job loss, lots of “hurry up and wait” type projects and projects that have too many people involved
