Pros

The pay is great. They mail you the forms you need to sign and return. This saves some time compared to other places!

Cons

They appear a bit disorganized to me, with numerous emails coming through from numerous sources. They asked for the same paperwork repeatedly during the initial hiring process. You will be given a long list of tasks to complete on your own time (this takes hours). Once you have completed this initial phase, you will sometimes be offered cases in places where you do not have a license (various states), so you'll need to ensure you review this prior to accepting. Lastly, you will be emailed a list of cases that need coverage, but by the time you respond, all cases will often be assigned already. Also, if you don't accept cases, or indicate a reason for why you cannot accept a specific case (i.e., a specific family request related to gender, language or preference) they will send follow up emails that seem retaliatory (i.e., the email will ask you to reply to the message if you are still interested in working with Applied ABC and if you do not respond you will be removed from their list of providers).

Thank you for your feedback and for the work you’ve done with us. We're glad you found the pay competitive and appreciated the convenience of our onboarding process. We recognize your concerns about disorganization and repeated paperwork requests, and we're actively working to streamline our communication and case assignment process. We're also reviewing how we align case offerings with licensure and how our follow-up emails are phrased to ensure they reflect support - not pressure. Your suggestions are appreciated and have been shared with our leadership team. —The Applied ABC Team
