Pros
Pros: Coworkers are great. They're your mental support in this company.
Cons
Everything you can possibly imagine. The company doesn't deal with biohazard waste properly. Genetic modified bacteria and cells are dumped into sinks and regular garbage bins without any treatment. It's a toxic working environment, because of the toxic CEO. You'll have to hear something offensive and insulting the very first day at work. You'll have to hear meaningless stories, mainly bragging about how good a leader he himself is and how stupid the former employees are. Yes, he badmouths former employees a lot, as if they're the reason why the company didn't grow. He blames on everyone lacking communication skills while he's the one who has NO communication skill AT ALL. If you decide to work for this company (think twice, please!), take my advices dealing with the CEO: 1. Do not ask any questions. Pretend you understand everything he says. 2. Do not give any suggestions to improve work. Smile, nod and say yes to everything he says. 3. Do not speak up for yourself. Again, smile, nod and say yes to everything he says, even though you know he's wrong. 4. When he gaslight you, be calm and don't take it personal. 5. Trust Glassdoor reviews and DO NOT apply at the first place. People give genuine reviews here to warn and protect you. Don't waste time in this company. They will let you go right before your probation ends, not based on your job performance but the CEO's personal preference
