Upper management are profit and power orientated. This is to the detriment of the service users and staff. Children are bidded for like commodities and put into dirty, wrecked, burnt, houses unfit to live in. High tariff children that staff are unable to keep safe. Staff blamed at every opportunity by management to save face. Management bully staff and wages are always wrong. Cuts cuts and more cuts to services and staffing. Huge deployment culture. Staff leaving in droves. Terrible sleeping conditions for staff. Outdated office equipment. Children are contained, not helped- due to management undermining staff ethics and practice. This company will end up in the media due to the management here. This place will be closed down when the truth comes out. And it will. Don’t expect numerous staff to leave due to the bullying and conditions and nothing come of it. Good staff who cared and made differences have been bullied out of the company.
