I joined the company early 2018 after the new management took over. It is a great company to work for. Great upper management, very transparent, friendly and every employee is treated with respect and taken care of. There is no concept of micromanagement, every employee is a leader and expected to complete their tasks with full responsibility. Engineering team is working on cutting edge technology which gives opportunity to all the team members to learn and work on latest technologies. CTO has even purchased pluralsight licences for the employees to take courses and acquire newer skills. He is always willing to help in every possible way. The company has great benefits like unlimited vacation, flexible work from home, 401k etc but the health insurance provided through ADP is little expensive. The coverage can also be better
