stable, can learn a lot from working here, reasonable policies overall
Cons
Pay is quite low for normal rank workers, not matching current market rate. Management / HR just refuse to adjust pay to match average market rate for current workers, so many people left for competitors who can offer much better compensation and faster career growth. So Amat's policy is discouraging loyalty and encourage us to jump around because that the only way to move up in rank and pay.
