Low salary. Relies on cheap labour, especially Polish and some other migrants. People are forced to stay after hours or come earlier, if they don't, they basically get fired. Unfortunately, different rules apply to different nationalities. Team leader uses terror as a main tool to make the work done. Doesn't matter that there is not enough time at the start, the work just has to be done and you have to stay after hours. Team leader also screams at people, I felt abused, scared and no one does anything about it, because everyone is scared that they will loose their job. I am pretty sure they are abusing human rights. People feel discriminated on the basis of their ethnicity/nationality. If you aren't Dutch, be sure to be treated differently. Honestly I felt demoralised as a human being and couldn't believe that this is happening in the Netherlands and that I'm still in Europe. I'm very happy and relieved since I don't work there anymore.
