Pros
Applied offers one of the best working environments in my opinion. The benefits are stellar and the company structure seems to dominate the insurance industry. Most fellow employees are well mannered and a benefit to work with. Most internal programs and software are extremely helpful to techs.
Cons
This company would fair far better by offering a means to approach supervisors, managers and directors. The workload definitely outweighs the salary in most departments. Promotion is more difficult if you don't know the right people. In my opinion, the company is moving upward fiercely, but that sometimes can cause the proper training to be inefficient or untimely.
