Pros
Companies don't thrive for 30+ years unless they are doing something right. You can't beat the people at Applied--- Always willing to help, knowledgeable, and striving to succeed as a team. No room for big egos or entitlement in a culture of team players. As Applied grows in size due to acquisitions and company revenue, they continue to invest in their employees and tech tools. While some companies with 2500+ employees might seem insincere with their efforts to promote culture, Applied continually rolls out new initiatives to encourage an inclusive and supportive workplace. I'm excited to see what Applied achieves over the next 30 years (and counting).
Cons
Not really a con, but a reality in this day and age. Applied is trying to figure out post-covid remote team culture.
