Pros
Many of the QA and assembly people have been there a long time and are very friendly and kind once you are accepted and get to know you.
Cons
Owner is a tyrant and is very unprofessional in his anger management towards general management staff in closed door meetings at times. Frequent turnover in office staff. Poor communication and common relations and understanding/Trust between office staff and production floor employees. Can make more hourly as a technician then salary as an engineer due to such poor compensation for salary employees.
