A company trying to make a difference for workers in the service and support industries.
Cons
The CEO clearly has many skills but leading a company is not one of them. He is only capable of facilitating sales and business development, and therefore knows how to sell but not deliver. People are hired to manage delivery and build the product, but they are not given the support to do so. Beyond this, the company has some very big challenges to overcome, and it does not look like they can be overcome with the current leadership team. I just learned (2/8/16) that they have had another mass layoff (~50% of head count). There was a similar mass layoff when I was there and that was apparently the second since the inception of the company. Clearly a bad, bad sign.
