      just a monthly salary, free coffe and tea, 1 free nct test per year. 20 days holidays

      Cons

      a lot of bullying, management keep separate from the rest of the workforce. No possibility of career unless you are relate to one of the managers. This kind of behaviour turns a corporation environment into a family/friends business.
