      ApplyBoard has a strong global purpose and a clear mission of connecting students, agencies, and institutions in international education. It offers significant exposure to different markets, partners, and stakeholders, creating a fast-paced learning environment, especially in sales and partnerships roles. The ecosystem is dynamic, with frequent interaction with colleges, agencies, and international events like ICEF, providing meaningful commercial and cultural experience.

      Cons

      Over the past three years, I experienced a high level of leadership instability, with around seven different managers in a short period. In the most recent transitions, some managers appeared to lack the necessary preparation to lead global, cross-cultural teams, resulting in ineffective guidance and poor alignment. In certain cases, leadership behavior became unprofessional and overly reactive, with frustration being projected onto the team in an aggressive manner. This created an inconsistent and at times unhealthy working environment, compounded by shifting priorities and limited structured follow-up.
