Pros
Straight forward process. Process took a little over 2-3 months. Interview prep was sent to me once I past the assessment and video interview portion through Apprenti. Researched the company I was going to work for, their hiring process, leadership principles, and mission. Spoke to many people on LinkedIn about the company, why they like working there, their impact, and reward. Met a fellow SWE who went through the program and got hired on full-time by the company. He loves his job and enjoyed the program.
Cons
-Process can takes three months or more.
-In classroom technical portion can be unpaid depending on the state you live in.
