It has a really bad reschedule and cancelling policy. Not only the student can cancel or reschedule 5 minutes before the lesson time. They can also cancel or reschedule AFTER the lesson time. I have a student who didn't show up, and Apprentus helped him to rude enough to just reschedule without any consequences and I don't even have a choice to accept or reject the new time.
