That’s them saying that they will pay you reasonable then chuck everything like this on top to bring you down to minimum wage and put all responsibility and risk in your hands. Because you’ll look like a worker to HMRC. They have an indemnity clause meaning that you will be blamed if anything goes wrong. ALSO 14 WEEK NOTICE PERIOD (50hrs A WEEK) Insane. Avoid these people
