This company only acts as a support center for Applab Qatar. They have no independent projects and no decision-making power of their own. 🔹 The CEO has given away all control to the parent company, making him practically useless. 🔹 No proper HR policies – You can be fired with just a single email. There’s no discussion or chance to explain your side. 🔹 They offer high salaries to attract people when dealing with difficult clients. But once the short-term project ends, they fire you without any support. You won’t be allowed to join new or better projects to prove your skills by team lead's & old employees. 🔹 During the project, they behave nicely. But once it’s over, they blame and backstab the employee just to protect their own position from dealing with demanding client – and then terminate you. 🔹 No job security – It’s a pure hire-and-fire culture. 🔹 Leads from qatar & old employees from appstation here itself who staying in comfort zones insulting and control indian employees, They afraid that skilled Indian staff, new people's may take over important roles if proven, because they’re more affordable. So, they block new employees from getting good designations, responsibilities, projects. 🔹 Toxic environment – Promotions and roles are based on favoritism, not on experience level or skill. Sometimes, even junior staff disrespect seniors, and you are expected to stay quiet. 🔹 No fair review system – Only those are old team get good feedback. Others are unfairly blamed, negative or targeted even they are working stress fully or performing. 👉 If you care about respect, growth, and job stability, it’s better to avoid this company.
