Sick Politics, Toxic Environment, Awful Product - Anonymous employee Apptio Employee Review

Pretty much everything else. I’ve never experienced a more toxic environment and it’s full of politics. Apptio products are a hard sell, besides even when implemented, most customers don’t see any value in it. This has given rise to “an old boys club” mentality among people who’ve stayed on for longer. Mind you, the turnover rate is extremely high. You put two and two together, I’m sure you would know the reason why.
