Cons
The back-room for employees is in a state of disarray and lacks proper organization. After being hired by management, I completed all necessary legal documentation and onboarding procedures and commenced work and training. However, after two weeks, I was informed that my direct deposit was still being processed. This explanation seemed illogical as they didnt have my bank information, so I followed up a week later, only to be ignored until I mentioned the possibility of legal action. At that point, they asserted that I had never been employed by the company. Furthermore, the manager confided in me that this was a recurring pattern involving multiple individuals.
