No pros for RCM employee.
Cons
Micromanaged to the point you have to log bathroom breaks. 12-14 hour days. You will be screamed at and cussed by leadership in front of your coworkers. People in charge are not fit to lead. Gossipy and negative and hateful. They no nothing about billing or the software and make it known they don't care about you. They have run off all smart and experienced employees and don't have the ability to give good service to their customers. Losing more customers and employees everyday.
