      Pros

      We work to help the customer and not sell them the latest widget. Great team work and no back stabbing, I know sounds too good to be true but this is the place to be. Unlimited Vacation time well I am sure there is a limit but that is between you and you manager.

      No Vacation time added each week.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Great Work life balance. Great teams. Appreciation is shown.

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
