      Very rapid growth means resources are stretched. The team is growing but the pace is not for everyone.

      Pros

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
