Good interdepartmental relationships. Excellent relationships with customers and a willingness to recognize that things can always be better.
Cons
Some historical decisions have led to short-term, unjoinedup thinking which takes time to undo. A previous culture of contractors in decision making positions means some of the team are still learning to believe in the permanent leadership that replaced them.
