Pros
Nice on premise workplace and workplace benefits. (Stocked Kitchen, good coffee, nice people, downtown parking with pass) Remote work options.
Cons
Company culture shifts every few years with new company acquisitions. Career Advancement is limited. Substantial salary increases and bonus pay are very scarce - if you are not happy with the starting salary do not take the job. They may tell you that you can expect large increases in pay after certain experience milestones, this has not been proven to be true.
