Nice office location but high turnover and insecurity - Analyst Aptiv Employee Review

This company is filled with nepotism. Their whole rotation program is filled with exec’s

I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
