      Absolute Joke. - Service Manager Aptive Environmental Employee Review

      Pros

      Sales - You're treated like a god if you're above average Operations - None.

      Cons

      Awful pay - Salary is an absolute atrocity. Religious discrimination - If you aren't Mormon, good luck making it past being a technician. Horrible hours - 80+ hour weeks for a mediocre salary. This place is a cult. If you don't do every insane request they have for you, they'll run you into the ground. You're nothing but a cog in a machine. There's better opportunities, especially for the garbage money they pay here.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
