-Over worked -underpaid -McDonald’s employees make more - no work life balance -upper managment is horrible -they do not match cost of living -don’t care if you have personal problems in life they expect you to drop that and handle their problems -always understaffed -constant revolving open door people get hired and quit in a matter of days. -

It's disappointing to hear that you don't seem to be happy. Aptive continues to raise its overall compensation for our Service Pros. Having a company vehicle is a significant perk, along with medical, vision, dental (even Pet Insurance) and a 401k match.

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
