Pros
The team was good and the people were nice when I joined. Now it is bunch of unhappy people who is trying to find new job Lunch is provided which is okay not that great and not that bad either.
Cons
I have to see unhappy faces every day now management doesn't trust the employees. The time is so strict that your focus is no longer on doing the work, it is more on finishing the clock in time. Kinda feel like school. Earlier you needed minimal approval for doing any task or development. Now every task needs approval and it takes more and more days to deploy something to prod. They removed every possible access from the developer except using vs code :D (So basically end of the day you have less experience on things that you knew before joining). A lot of variables are not in the developer's hands. Still, they expect the changes in prod faster. The Lead was good and supportive but now the lead doesn't have much power as higher management started controlling everything. Its the same task everyday. I am not learning anything new.
