Pros

The company generally contracts with Defense contractors. The ability to work on different emerging technologies is a real nice. The pace is usually steady and even. there are a lot of smart people to work with as peers. The heath care, dental and 401k are great. Aquila also has a good understanding of education for upgrading employees skills.

Cons

The pay is low and not commensurate with skill or performance. Aquila is limited by contract for payments, but they make a lot per contractor. The greater employee tends to limit who can move forward. Sometimes the employee is treated poorly by the greater contracting company.
